Normally, for orders before 5:00pm(UTC+8), we will arrange the shipping the same day. At CNC®, we have distribution centers around the world to ensure that you receive your shipment as soon as possible. Our biggest warehouses are in the US and Europe and are normally fully stocked, so you can place your order with confidence.

After you submit the order and the payment is successful, generally, we need 24 – 72 hours to process your order, please check your phone/email so that we can contact you in case of any issues and with shipping updates. We gladly accept returns/exchanges for items in unused brand-new condition, within the first 15 days after receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
