Normally, for orders before 5:00pm(UTC+8), we will arrange the shipping the same day. At CNC®, we have distribution centers around the world to ensure that you receive your shipment as soon as possible. We gladly accept returns/exchanges for items in unused brand-new condition, within the first 15 days after receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
