Warranty Service include: arrange repairs, technical support, parts exchange, machine replacement.
In the unlikely event that you don’t have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER we can to resolve your issue and to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We back this up with a 12 month direct warranty service for all your machines purchased from CNC. During this period, we guarantee any problems caused by defects in the quality of the machine itself.
In the rare case, you receive a defective product we will seek resolution of the issue in the way that best suits you. Typically this is a return and replacement but may also involve repair or shipment of replacement components if it involves something easily replaceable. Our goal is to leave you down for as little time as possible. We will be very quick to contact/respond if anything of this nature arises.
All items we manufacture are warranted for one year from the date of sale. The warranty covers items as they come to you but will not cover damages to items in your possession. To claim a warranty you will be required to provide proof of purchase whether it was a purchase made with us.
Once your item is received it will promptly be inspected and evaluated. If it is deemed a warranty issue it will be repaired free of charge or send parts of the machine( if applicable) and sent back to you within a maximum of 7 business days.
If it is not deemed a warranty issue you will be contacted regarding repair or pay for the parts.
The One Year Warranty is voided if:
- Machine shows signs of being dropped
- Machine shows signs of ink/liquid within the internal body and motor components
- Machine shows signs of tampering.
- Machine shows sign of internal parts replaced on your own
If it has been longer than a year since you purchased your device, you are still able to send in your device to be repaired. If your repair requires a payment, we will email you before proceeding with any type of repair.
